  • One of just five 4-time All-Americans in Adams State history
  • Earned NAIA honors in 1991 & 1992 before Adams State moved to the NCAA Division II ranks for his 1993 and 1994 honors
  • Wrestled at 150 pounds as a freshman in 1991 before moving up to 158 pounds for the rest of his career
  • Finished second in the NAIA in 1991 and third in 1992
  • Shares the Adams State career record for tournament championships (13) with fellow inductee Rodney Romero
  • Was named as team’s Rookie of the Year and Derek Knight Memorial Award Winner as a freshman in 1991
  • Helped Rodger Jehlicka coached teams to win three RMAC titles (‘92-’94) during his career
  • Won RMAC individual titles in each of those three years as well
  • Helped team to three top-10 finishes at national championships, including runner-up finish in 1992
  • 1994 Adams State graduate in EPLS
  • Assistant coach for his alma-mater (Hartford Union High School) from 2000-04
  • Helped the Orioles win two unofficial (tournament) state championships
  • Was a state champion and a High School All-American in his wrestling days
  • Has owned roofing company for 15 years and has been involved in the business for 23
  • Lives in Hartford, Wis. area
  • Brothers Eric and Marc, were also both award-winning high school wrestlers
  • Parents are Glen and Addie
