  • Recorded 127 dual-meet victories and a .618 winning percentage in 17 seasons from 1982-99
  • Coached the 1990 NAIA National Championship Team
  • Served as ASC Athletic Director from 1995-99, leading ASC to the Sears Directors’ Cup in 1998-99
  • Coached 69 All-Americans, six individual national champions and eight national runners-up at ASC
  • Coached 16 Academic All-Americans
  • Named as NAIA National Coach of the Year in 1990
  • His teams finished in the top-10 nationally on 10 different occasions
  • Led teams to nine RMAC team titles and two NCAA II West Regional Titles
  • Led teams to the first five Colorado Collegiate titles from 1986-90
  • Served as assistant football coach from 1982-87
  • Was inducted into the NAIA Wrestling Hall of Fame as a coach in 1996
