Won the 1971 NAIA Indoor Track title in the 600-yard run
3-time All-American
1973 ASC Graduate
Went on to storied cross country/track coaching career at Centauri and Alamosa High Schools
Has guided a number of team and individual state champions
Selected as one of the top eight high school cross country/track coaches in the country in 2002
Resides in La Jara with his wife, Julie
