  • Came to ASC in 1969 after completing bachelor’s degree at Oregon State
  • Serve3 as a graduate assistant for many different sports while completing her master’s degree in 1970
  • Coached gymnastics from 1970 until 1987 when the NAIA discontinues the sport
  • Coached several All-America gymnasts including ASC Hall of Famer Kim (Buron) Meis
  • Guided first women’s team to ever qualify for a national championship in 1978
  • Started coaching softball in 1986
  • Teams won three NAIA District VII titles (1988, 1990, 1992) and five RMAC titles
  • Took 1990 team to NAIA National Tournament in Pensacola, Fla. in 1990
  • Is ASC’s winningest softball coach, a position she held through 1998, with 285-131 record
  • Also served as women’s athletic director
