Was the RMAC Triple Jump Champion

Served as ASC’s graduate assistant coach while completing his master’s degree in 1968
Has held a variety of administrative posts in collegiate athletics and physical education
Has received numerous Teacher of the Year Awards
Received ASC’s Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award in 1987
Now resides in Dallas, Texas, where he is an elementary school principal
