LAKEWOOD - Adams State University women's soccer season ends with a 0-3 loss to Colorado Christian University Saturday afternoon in Lakewood, Colorado. The team finishes the season with a 3-8-4 record and the 12th spot in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

The Grizzlies found themselves behind early with a goal in the seventh minute from Alyssa Regalado. The team would hold their own for the rest of the first half, but gave up two more goals in the second half. 

The Cougar defense was relentless, allowing just one Grizzly shot in the first half and three in the whole game. It was a defensive battle all around, as the Cougars were only allowed five shots per half. 

There were only two combined saves in the game.
