ALAMOSA, Colo.-The Grizzlies played a nine-inning game in Alamosa, Colorado against the No. 2 ranked Colorado Mesa University Mavericks.

The Mavericks jumped out to a early two run lead in the first inning and the Grizzlies responded by scoring two in the bottom first inning with a walk, a double by Matt Bathuaer and a single by Mike Bathuaer. The Mavericks then scored one in the top in the third and the Grizzlies responded with a double by Kolten Bleggi and two singles by
Matt Bathauer and
Orlando Romero. The Mavericks respond by putting up a combined ten runs in the top of the fourth and fifth. Cedric Reynaud hit a two-run homerun in the bottom sixth.
