Moved to runing back position after spending his 2011 redshirt season as a quarterback... Also a member of the Grizzlies' varsity basketball program.

Before ASU: Spent the to 2010-11 academic year at Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyo... Played basketball for the Golden Eagles, who di not have a football program.

Prep: First team all-state quarterback... Named as the Gatorade Player of the Year for Alaska... Was also named conference and state player of the year after leading his West Anchorage HS Eagles to an 8-1 record and a conference championship as a senior in 2009... Also competed in basketball, wrestling, baseball and track and field... Was named as the Player of the Year for his basketball exploits... Ranked third in the state for the shot put.

Academics: Graduated from West Anchorage HS in 2010... Had a 3.481 GPA in his his year at Laramie County... Is majoring in accounting with a minor in finance.
