Prep: Wrestled for the Lakewood HS Tigers under John Morgan and Darren Stennes… He lettered all four years of his HS career… Made a state appearance three times in 2011-2013… Received 1st team All-Conference and All-State in 2012 and 2013… Junior year, in 2012, placed 6th at 195.5lbs… In 2013heplaed 3rdat 195.5lbs… Also played football, baseball, and track and field in HS… Received All-Conference in football in 2013… Helped team to make an appearance in the 2011 State Championship game.

Academics: Is majoring in business… Graduated from Lakewood HS in 2013 with a 3.2 GPA.

Off the Mat: Born 06/13/94… Son of Liz and Joe Garcia… Brother to three sisters, Elizabeth (32), Roxane (20), and Isabel (10)… Father, Joe, played football for St. Mary’s of the Plains College in 1976… Enjoys hanging with family and friends… Favorite movie is He Got Game… Favorite food are Mexican dishes made by his mom and her homemade cookies… Favorite professional sports team is the Denver Broncos.
