Biography

2016:   The Albuquerque native was able to contribute heavily to the Grizzlies success as he came to Adams as a transfer from Luna CC. Mares put together a wonderful season as he hit for a .336 Avg. in 137 AB’s. He also posted a HR, 7 doubles, three triples, 26 RBI’s, four stolen bases, and a .387 OBP. Mares also shined with his glove, only committing one error on 134 chances, giving him a .993 Fielding percentage.  “T-Lee” shined when he went 3-4 with a walk, a stolen base, and four RBI’s, on route to an Adams 9-5 victory over CSU-Pueblo.
