Prep: 2012 Honorable mention All-State and First Team All-Jeffco Centerfielder for the Green Mountain HS Rams.. Led the team to a 13-6 record… Also played football in 2008 and 2009.

Club: Played for the Brad Madden coached Green Mountain squad in the summers from 2008-09… Also played fall ball for coach Derek Hines and the Playball Sports in 2010 and 2011.

Academics: Is majoring in business… Graduated with a 3.0 high school GPA.

Off the Field: Born 09/16/93… Son of Jay and Teresa Cox… Sister Ashley is 22… Enjoys playing other sports and hanging out with friends… Favorite movie is Never Back Down… Favorite foods are hamburgers… Favorite professional sports team is the Colorado Rockies.

Why I Chose Adams State: “I chose Adams State because it gives me the chance to play baseball at the college level.  It also gives me the opportunity to help build and be a part of the baseball program.”
