Ed Crowther played collegiately at Mississippi College in the 1970s, before going on to a long career as a college professor and department chair. He taught at Adams State for 30 years. In 2001, his love for football led him back to the gridiron as an assistant coach. He has served in a variety of coaching roles over the years.. Currently, he assists with the offensive line and does staff development with the younger coaches. He has coached numerous all-RMAC linemen.
He earned his B. A. and M. A. degrees from Mississippi College and his Ph. D. in History from Auburn University.
