Prep: Played for the Mission Viejo HS Diablos coached by Ryan Brent and Hudson Parker... Had 25 goals, 30 assists, 55 points, and 86 ground balls during his senior season... Was first team all-league and team offensive MVP selection as a senior in 2012... Was a second team all-league pick as both a sophomore (2010) and junior (2011)... Earned the team's Spirit of Diablo honor as a junior, a year that saw the Diablos win the CIF title... Also captained the high school soccer team.

Club: Played for coach Glen Miles and FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), based in Orange County.

Academics: Is majoring in pre-dentistry and plans to become a dentist... Was on the honor roll all throughout high school and was a scholar athlete.

Off the Field: Born 04/18/94... Son of Manny and Connee Romero... Sister Lindsey is 22... Enjoys snorkling and playing raquetball... Favorite movie is Lords of Dogtown... Favorite food is sushi.
