Prep: Previoulsy attended Robinson HS where he competed in both Cross Country and Track for the Rockets under Head Coach Richardson... Ran times of 16:07 (5k), 15:33 (3m), 4:23 (mile), and 9:46 (two- mile)... Made the All-State Cross Country team his junior and senior year... Placed 6th at State Cross Country (2014-2015)... Was a three-time District Champion in the 2- mile and Cross Country... Was also a member of the soccer team
Academics: Plans on majoring in Exercise Science while attending Adams State... Would like to persue a career as a running coach at the collegiate level
Off the Track: Born on 12/7/1996... Son of John and Christine Speer... Brother to John (12) and Alison (6)... Enjoys running, shooting hoops, and hanging out with friends... Favorite movie is Happy Feet... Favorite food is Spaghetti
