Prep: Ran under coach Dave Fulkerson… Owns PR's of 4:36 in the 1600 meters and 10:04 in the 3200 meters... 2nd team All-State...4A State Champions in Cross Country in 2011.
Academics: Is majoring in HPPE… Graduated from HS in 2012 with a 97.4 (out of a 100 point scale)... Was in the National Honors Society.
Off the Track: Born 07/25/939… Son of Rory and Janet Sheppard… One brother, Mark, 16… Enjoys ultimate frisbee and video games… Favorite food is barbeque... Favorite movie is Dark Night Rises... Favorite professional team is the San Antonio Spurs.
