Adams State University

Skylar Higens enters her fifth year as a part of the Adams State athletic family. The Fall 2024 season will be the start of her second year as Athletic Events & Facilities Manager. 

Higens, a native of Aurora, Colorado, graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. She was a member of the Adams State Softball team before entering a new role as an assistant coach. Where she spent three years before moving into her current role. 

Skylar is currently working on a Master's of Science in Sports Administration and has a wiener dog named Kuzco.
