Corrie Jones

Corrie Jones has been named the assistant coach for the fall 2013 women’s soccer program at Adams State University.  Jones is a graduate of Messiah College in Grantham, Pa. with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science.  She later graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine with a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Jones was a two-year starter and four-year member of the Messiah College women's soccer team from 2004-08 where she helped guide the Falcons to four straight Final Four appearances in which Messiah won the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2005 (Jones’ sophomore season) for the first time in school history and finished as the National Runners-up in Jones’ senior season (2007).  She also helped guide the Falcons to three Commonwealth Conference Championships in her four years.  She was named All-MAC Conference First Team her Senior Year. 

Following doctoral school, Jones began working as a licensed physical therapist on the North Shore of Boston, where she also was an assistant coach for two spring seasons with Gordon College women’s soccer program. 

Jones recently moved to Alamosa, Colo. where she began coaching with ASU in the spring season of 2013.  Jones hails from Hagerstown, Maryland and is excited to be a part of the ASU women’s soccer team’s growth over this fall’s season.
