Prep: Swam for Lynn Painter and Kathy Lind at Roosevelt HS...200-yard freestyle record (2:00.00) was 17th in the state and first at district competition...200-yard medley record was 8th in the state...Andrew was an all-conference member for four years... Also played volleyball in high school.
Academics: Has not decided on a major at Adams State... Chose ASU because 'I loved the outdoors here, it seemed so welcoming. I loved the swim program and just felt like the right place to be."
Out of the Pool: Born 2/21/1994...Parents are Stan and Heidi Skinner... Sister of Taylor Skinner (22), Bailey Skinner (18) and Craig Gabrielson (22)... Enjoys singing, piano, guitar, looking, drawing and telling jokes... Favorite movie is Up... Favorite food is Mexican Food... Favorite professional sports teams are the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers.
