James Milholen


Milholen graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2022 with a degree in Political Science, highlighting his commitment to both academics and athletics. His four-year tenure as a Razorback athlete left him well decorated, competing at all levels.
 
Milholen's athletic achievements at the University of Arkansas are remarkable. He earned an NCAA All America honor on six occasions. He also was a three-time All-SEC athlete, a three-time All-SEC Scholar, and a NCAA Academic All-American. These accolades underscore his unwavering dedication not only to excelling in his sport but also to maintaining academic excellence.
 
Milholen showcased his exceptional skills, determination, and leadership on the track as he played a pivotal role in helping the Razorbacks secure five SEC championship titles scoring points in the open 400m, the 4x400m relay and the distance medley relay during the indoor seasons.
 
Following his time at the University of Arkansas, Milholen pursued his graduate degree at the University of Colorado - Boulder, where he obtained his Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership. During his pursuit of higher education, Milholen continued to excel in athletics, competing for the Buffalos in the 2022-2023 season, further demonstrating his commitment to both his academic and athletic goals.
