2011 Outdoor: Placed 5th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA DII National Championships... RMAC Freshman of the Year... 1st Team All-RMAC, 3,000 meter steeplechase... 2nd Team All-RMAC, 1500 meters... USTFCCCA All-American, 3,000 meter steeplechase.
2010-11 Indoor: 1st Team All-RMAC, Distance Medley Relay... 3rd Team All-RMAC, Mile... 3rd Team All-RMAC, 3,000 meters.
Prep: Placed fifth at the 2009 state cross country meet as a senior for the Creede HS Miners… Went on to place third at the 2010 state track meet in the 800 meters… Ran a personal-best time of 2:20 to do so… Was an all-state and All-San Luis Valley cross country team selection… Had best marks of 11:58 in the 3,200 meters and 19:55 in the 5K… Also played basketball and volleyball… Earned all-district honors in basketball after helping the Miners to league and district championships in 2009-10.
