La’Anna Golden joined Adams State Athletics as the Sports Information Director in July 2026.
Golden comes to Adams State after serving as a Graduate Assistant in Sports Information at the University of Jamestown. During her time at Jamestown, she gained experience in athletics communications, statistical reporting, game-day operations, social media, photography, and written content. She worked closely with coaches, student-athletes, and athletics staff to promote and support the Jimmies’ athletic programs.
Golden earned a Master of Arts in Leadership with an emphasis in Sports from the University of Jamestown. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Biblical Studies.
In her role at Adams State, Golden oversees sports information and athletics communications while supporting the Grizzlies’ student-athletes, coaches, and athletic programs.
Originally from Olney, Texas, Golden is excited to begin her next chapter in Alamosa and join the Adams State Athletics family.
