Dr. Rich Loosbrock enters his 20th year as Adams State’s Faculty Athletics Representative. He is Professor of History and program chair for the Department of History, Anthropology, Philosophy, and Political Science.
From 2013 to 2017, Dr. Loosbrock represented the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference on the NCAA Division II Management Council. Since 2017 he has served on the Division II Committee on Infractions, and is currently the chair. He has also served on the NCAA Research Committee, Division II Infractions Appeals, and the Postgraduate Scholar Committee, which he chaired from 2015 to 2017.
He received his BA from the University of Kansas and MA and Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico.
