GOLDEN, Colo. (October 25, 2015) – The Adams State University men's soccer team finished a two-game road trip at Stermole Stadium against the No. 7 Colorado School of Mines Orediggers on Sunday.
The Grizzlies (2-10-2, 1-5-2 RMAC) dropped their second match in as many weeks to Colorado Mines. Last weekend ASU hosted CSM, ultimately falling 2-0.
The Orediggers (11-3-2, 9-0-1 RMAC) got the lone goal of the contest in the second half when CSM's Richard Garvey posted his team leading 10
th goal of the season.

Ethan Jackson accounted for all three shots on goal for Adams State. Meanwhile
Austin Baumeister did all he could to keep the Grizzlies in the fray notching 11 saves only letting the clincher past. After spending 77 minutes in net Baumeister was relieved by
Caleb Baumgartner who didn't see any shots in his 12 minutes of play. The final score remained 1-0 in favor of the Orediggers.
Adams State will close their season within the confines of Alamosa with two straight conference games. For the first time all season the Grizzlies will face University of Colorado at Colorado Springs on Friday, Oct. 30. The Mountain Lions currently in fifth place in the RMAC and are jockeying for playoff position in their final two matches.
UCCS and the RMAC week seven Offensive Player of the Week, Zach Egeler, will meet the Grizzlies on the ASU Soccer Field on Oct. 30
