ALAMOSA, Colo. (October 18^th, 2016) --- The volleyball team won all 3 sets on their way to a quick victory over Fort Lewis College tonight.

The Grizzlies breezed through the first set 25-17. The second set was a bit closer, but Adams held on for the 25-22 win. The third set looked to belong to the Skyhawks, as they jumped out to a quick 13-5 lead. Down 10-17, Adams powered back for 10 unanswered point to give them a 20-7 lead. Allie Miller provided an ace on the final play to give ASU the victory.

Mallory Grimsrud had 14 kills and Hannah Atkinson added 13 more. Rachael Ringler led in assists with 41.

Adams State improves to 11-9 on the year, while Fort Lewis drops to 4-15.

Next, the team heads to Salt Lake City, Utah for a game with Westminster College (3-16) 7:00pm this Friday. The Grizzlies will return home on October 28^th to face CSU Pueblo at 7:00pm.
