ALAMOSA, Colo. (November 3rd, 2016)—The Adams State University volleyball team will close out their home schedule this Friday and Saturday night against Colorado Mines and Colorado Christian.
Recently for VB: The Grizzlies enter the weekend with a 5 game winning streak. They are now 5-2 at home this year and 9-5 in the RMAC.
About Colorado Mines: Starting this action packed weekend will be a 7:00pm contest vs. #22 nationally ranked Colorado School of Mines on Friday, November 4
th. The Orediggers are 18-5 (12-2 RMAC) on the season, but are only 4-3 on the road. The two teams played earlier this season on October 8
th with Mines winning 3-0. The game will broadcast from

About Colorado Christian: Saturday's 7:00pm game will be against The Colorado Christian Cougars who is 16-9 (8-6 RMAC) on the year. In the previous meeting on October 7
th, the Cougars swept the Grizzlies 3-0. CCU is 2-4 in their last 6 games. The game will also serve as senior day for
Nina Mody-Bailey and
Savannah Smith.
About Our Seniors: Nina Mody-Bailey, an outside hitter from Bulverde, Texas has 529 kills, 337 assists, and 92 total blocks in her Adams State career. Mody-Bailey recorded a season high, 16 kills in a win against CSU-Pueblo on October 28
th.
Savannah Smith, a defensive specialist from Helena, Montana has 103 assists in her career and currently sits at 4
th in all-time career digs with 1,125. She had a season high, 26 digs against Eastern New Mexico earlier this season.
