Joe Quatrochi would lead the Grizzlies in edging out the ThunderWolves with nine face-off wins.
After the victory, Head Coach
Jason Levesque said "After a sloppy start I thought we had a great response in the second half led by seniors
Seth Stowell,
Drew Kerigan. They both played a big part in leading the charge on the field today. Our third senior,
Richard Morrison was also an integral part in today's win from the sideline and has been almost like another coach for us since his injury very early in the season."
He went on to say, ""Overall, great win for the guys, great team win and certainly nice to send out the seniors with a key conference win in their last ever home game. However, we still have to improve in many areas of the game and need to be much more consistent, play a full 60 minutes. We need to be much better this weekend facing the top two teams in the RMAC."
Adams State takes their last three games of the regular season on the road, beginning with the RMAC-leading Westminster College Griffins on April 22
nd. The game is slated to begin at 2:00 pm.
