After the game, Head Coach
Jason Levesque had this to say, ""We came out with a decent start, created some chances, but just couldn't capitalize. I think as they game progressed, we lost ourselves a bit with some missed plays, forced plays, and some sloppy play in general. I give Westminster full credit today, they came out strong, are well coached and have a deep and talented team. For us, we need to be tougher, plain and simple, both physically and mentally."
Levesque also went on to add, "We really need to have a short memory and put this one behind us as things don't get any easier with another talented opponent in Colorado Mesa on Sunday. That need to be tougher both physically and mentally couldn't be any more truer than it is now with the Mesa game being our third in six days. We need to be tougher, no excuses. We'll look to regroup tomorrow and be ready for Sunday."
