Alamosa, Colorado - The No. 21 ranked Adams State University wrestling team (2-8) is fresh off a seventh place finish at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament Championships last weekend and is now set to host No. 15 Western State on Thursday at 6:00PM. The team will close out the regular season on Saturday against Colorado Mesa at noon.

Recently In Adams State Wrestling:
The Grizzlies took seventh place in the RMAC Tournament last weekend.
Dakota Bencomo and
Luis Gurule both finished second in their respective weight classes.

About Western State: Â Â
The Mountaineers are ranked 15
th nationally and boast a 10-4 overall record. Western placed fifth at the RMAC Championships. The team will feature the fifth ranked wrestler at 174 pounds in Brandon Supernaw and fifth ranked Konnor Schmidt at 197 pounds.

About Colorado Mesa:
Despite being 3-9 on the year, Mesa actually finished fourth in the RMAC Tournament. Payton Tawater would finish second in the 157 pound weight class. Â
