AURORA, Colo. – Adams State University men's lacrosse hosted Notre Dame de Namur Thursday afternoon at Legacy Stadium in Aurora, Colorado. The Grizzlies took the win against the Argonauts by a score of 12-10. Adams finishes out the season with road trips against Colorado Mesa, Westminster and CSU-Pueblo. The road stretch starts April 20
th in Grand Junction at 7 p.m.

The Grizzlies kicked off the game dominating the first quarter with four unanswered goals.
Collin Cranfield,
Alex Hoduffer,
Kage Janes and
Kale Wilson all found the back of the net within the first 11 minutes of the game.

The Agronauts picked up two in the last few minutes in the first to bring the deficit closer at 4-2. Cranfield scored against, answered quickly as the team traded blows.
Tanner Beck and Janes scored again to retake a good lead, while
Kale Wilson scored with time expiring in the half to take a four score lead.

The teams traded blows again with
Sawyer Robison scoring followed by back-to-back
Jacob Austin scores to end the third and start the fourth. Notre Dame de Namur scored the next four to make it a one score game, then
Danny Krieble put the end in it with a goal with a minute and a half remaining.

The team was an outstanding 27 of 28 on clears, as well as leading with 53 shots. Hoduffer was the aggressor with 11 shots, while Robison led the game with four caused turnovers.
