ALAMOSA, Colo. - The Adams State Volleyball Team continues its season at home this weekend against a pair of conference foes. Adams State faces off against CSU-Pueblo Friday, Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. Adams State closes out the weekend with a match against New Mexico Highlands Saturday evening at 7 p.m.

Adams State is coming off a split against Westminster College and Dixie State this past weekend in Utah. The Grizzlies defeated the Griffins in a competitive four sets. However, Adams State was no match for the No. 2 ranked Dixie State Trailblazers.

Adams State is currently 5-9 midway through the season. The Grizzlies are No. 11 in the RMAC with a 2-4 record as of this past weekend.

Colorado State University-Pueblo sits one spot below Adams State at No. 12 in the RMAC standings. The Thunderwolves have four wins in the season with two being in the conference. The team is coming off a pair of road losses to Colorado Christian and Regis this past weekend.

New Mexico Highlands is looking to recover from back-to-back road losses against Regis and Colorado Christian. The team is currently ranked No. 9 in the RMAC standings. New Mexico Highlands is 5-10 this season with three of those wins coming against conference foes.
