MSOC | Grizzlies fall to Mines, 3-nil

ALAMOSA, Colo.— Even though the weather was cool and the sky was gloomy, the Adams State Grizzlies were ready to play. The Grizzlies played Colorado School of Mines Friday afternoon.

The Grizzlies came out slow as the Orediggers were quick to score. In the fourth minute, Lucas King took a penalty kick and scored the first goal. The Grizzlies and Orediggers went back and forth until the 37th minute, when Eric Boone from the Orediggers found the back of the net. This made the score 2-0, which it would be for the next of the first half.

The second half started as the Grizzlies kicked it off. Both teams had may opportunities throughout the half but it wasn't until the 78th minute when Baptiste Debuire from the Orediggers scored. This would now make the game 3-0. This would be the final score of the game.

Up next, the Grizzlies have one more game at home, on Sunday, October 3rd, until they are back on the road. After Sunday's game, the Grizzlies are going to Utah to play Westminster College.
