ALAMOSA, Colo.- The Grizzlies took on Colorado Christian University Cougars for their final game of the series in a nine inning game.

The Grizzlies opened up the game scoring one run in the bottom of the first inning. The Cougars responded by adding one run in the top of the second. Orlando Romero belted a solo homerun in the bottom of the second inning giving the Grizzlies a 2-1 lead. The Grizzlies bats erupted in the bottom of the third inning.

The Grizzlies scored ten runs in the inning including a solo home run by Mike Bathauer, a two-run home run by Colton Goldfarb, a two run home run by Jace Wytulka. Kolten Bleggi added onto the lead by hitting a two-run home run in the bottom of the fourth inning taking a 14-1 lead.

The Cougars answered by scoring six runs in the top of the fifth inning. The Grizzlies added another in the bottom of the fifth inning. The Cougars added two runs in the seventh inning and the eighth inning. The Grizzlies also added one run in seventh and in the eighth inning.
