ALAMOSA, Colo.— On a partly cloudy Wednesday afternoon, the Adams State Men's soccer took on CSU Pueblo. Unfortunately, the Grizzlies lost this very physical game, 1-3. 
The ThunderWolves came out strong and took a quick lead. Joe O'Sullivan scored in the seventh minute. Continuing in the first half, Eduardo Cardenas got a yellow card in the 30th minute. The intense game went back and forth the rest of the first half. The Grizzlies ended the first half with zero shots on goal, meanwhile, the ThunderWolves had 5. The first half ended with a score of 1-0.
Again the ThunderWolves started the half strongly by scoring a penalty kick at the end of the 49th minute. Vinzent Zingel scored making the score 2-0. The Grizzlies and ThunderWolves exchanged yellow cards as #5 on both teams received a card. 
The ThunderWolves continued their aggression by scoring again in the 69th minute. The goal was scored by Miguel De Leon Jr. and was assisted by Vinzent Zingel. This made the score 3-0.
In the 80th minute, Eduardo Cardenas made the first goal for the Grizzlies. Cardenas scored off of a free-kick and hit the top right corner of the goal. 
Benjamin Rodgers received a red card so for the final 8 minutes Adams State played with a man down. 
Up next, the Grizzlies will play their final game in Durango against Fort Lewis.
