ALAMOSA, Colo.—Four interceptions, including two that were returned for touchdowns, led to the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets to a 38-7 senior day spoiler here at Rex Stadium.
The Yellow Jackets jumped out to a 21-0 lead on a two-yard rushing touchdown before one of the pick sixes, a 65-yard return and a 12-yard touchdown saw that score with 10:04 left.
The Grizzlies scored their touchdown with 6:15 was remaining on a QB keeper by Marckell Grayson to make the score 21-7.
A buzzer beating touchdown made the score 28-7 at the half.
The Grizzlies were shutout in the fourth.
Adams State will return to action in their season finale next week when they travel to Gunnison to take on the Western Colorado Mountaineers.
