COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- For the second time this season, Adams State's
Noah Hermosillo was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Wrestler of the Week, as announced by conference officials on Tuesday afternoon.
Hermosillo had won the award in week three.Â
For the second time in his career, Hermosillo emerged as a champion at the Midwest Classic, doing so with an undefeated 5-0 record on Sunday. The Gypsum, Colo., native captured the title for the 157-pound weight class and extended his season's unbeaten record with five more victories and 24 points. Along the way to his latest title, he earned an 8-3 decision over No. 5 ranked Dominic Means of Gannon before capping the tournament with a 13-3 decision over No. 9 ranked Gabe Johnson of Central Oklahoma.
