COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The University of Colorado-Colorado Springs scored six times in the first half and went on to an 11-0, home-pitch win over Adams State Sept. 15.
The Mountain Lions are 4-1-2 this season, while the Grizzlies fell to 0-7.

Zach Carr made four saves in his 45 minutes of playing time. Two of Adams State's shots were on target, and UCCS netminder Declan Domyan made two saves in recording the shutout.
ASU will try it again at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, against the South Dakota School of Mines. The contest is at Trailblazer Stadium in Lakewood.
