LAKEWOOD, Colo. -- Adams State and the South Dakota School of Mines didn't settle anything in their Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference match on Sunday.
The squads played to a 1-1 draw at Trailblazer Stadium. The Hardrockers are 1-5-2 this season, 0-1-1 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. The Grizzlies are 0-7-1, 0-2-1 in conference play.
SDSM scored its goal in the first half. Jeff Wacker's first goal of the season came off an assist from Bergen Loveless, and it came in the 39th minute. Adams State countered with less than two minutes left in the match. 
Harrison Olmstead scored his first with an assist to 
George Valenzuela.
The Hardrockers outshot ASU 16-10. Six of SDSM's shots were on goal, and ASU netminder 
Zach Carr made five saves. Three of Adams State's shots were on goal, and the Hardrockers' Daniel Fretias made two saves.
Adams State heads for Golden and an RMAC contest against the Colorado School of Mines at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23
