DURANGO, Colo.-- a 15-of-18 (83.3 percent) showing from the free throw line in the second half alone by the Eastern New Mexico University Greyhounds helped the Lone Star Conference team take a two-point, 92-82, win over the Adams State University Grizzlies on Friday night. The game was a part of the of the Skyhawk Hardwood Classic hosted by the Fort Lewis College Skyhawks.
In Friday's game the Grizzlies trailed by as little as two points with 2:38 remaining in the game but the a 12-6 run to close the game by the Greyhounds including eight points from Błażej Czerniewicz doomed the Grizzlies.
Adams State led a majority of the game the saw 12 lead changes and 12 ties, and had their final lead of the game at 66-65 with 9:09 remaining.

Destan Williams. The redshirt senior tallied 23 points as he was 10-of-18 from the field including three treys.
Adams State returns to action on Saturday when they play Western New Mexico, a team they defeated a week ago, in the final game of the weekend.
