ALAMOSA, Colo.-- A 1-0 lead had the Grizzlies looking strong early, three second-half goals led the Grizzlies to drop their second straight game and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) opener to the Fort Lewis College Skyhawks here at the ASU Soccer Field on Wednesday.

Ranulfo Lopez scored his third goal of the season in the 34th minute to give the Grizzlies a lead. The lead, however, would not last as the Skyhawks scored the equalizer in the 37th minute. The Grizzlies then allowed three goals in the second half to end the game.

The Grizzlies were outshot 20-5 and 10-2 on shots on goal.

Adams State looks to snap their losing streak on Friday when they host Colorado Christian at 3:00 p.m.
