Series in Pueblo Ends in Favor of the Thunderwolves

Alamosa, Colo. - The Adams State baseball team played their final game of their four game series versus Colorado State University Pueblo on Sunday. The game ended 8-1 in favor of the Thunderwolves. This game brings the Grizzlies to 19-23 on the season and 14-10 in RMAC play.

The Thunderwolves were the first on the board, scoring 3 runs in the second inning, 1 run in the fourth inning, and 3 more runs in the fifth inning. The Grizzlies would score 1 run in the sixth inning, but the Thunderwolves would match that move, also scoring 1 run in the sixth inning. The game would end 8-1 in favor of the Thunderwolves. 

The Grizzlies had 1 run on 10 hits from 34 at bats compared to CSU Pueblo's 8 runs on 11 hits and 32 at bats. 

Next Up

The Grizzlies will be back in action next weekend for a four game series against UCCS in Colorado Springs, Colo.
