The Grizzlies won 35 of 40 bouts across four duals, piling up bonus points throughout the lineup and closing the day with a 49-0 shutout. Adams State recorded multiple falls and technical falls while controlling matches from the opening weight class through heavyweight.

Adams State opened the day with a 36-7 victory over Menlo, winning eight of 10 bouts across the lineup. The Grizzlies jumped out to an early lead beginning at 125 pounds, where third-ranked Isaiah Gamez secured a fall in 1:25. John Provencio followed with a 3-0 decision at 133, while No. 20 Kieran Thompson added a 13-6 win at 141.
Angel Flores earned a forfeit at 149 before third-ranked Aaden Valdez delivered another quick pin at 157 in 1:25. Menlo picked up its only wins of the dual at 165 and 174, but Adams State responded with a fall from Mahkyi Smith at 184 in 5:34. The Grizzlies closed the dual with decisions from No. 15 Ben Tonnessen at 197 and Jaylen Ignacio at heavyweight to secure the win.

Valdez recorded his second fall of the day at 157 in 1:35, while Malachi Rider added a technical fall at 165.
