COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado — On Wednesday afternoon, the 2025–26 First Team All-Academic RMAC Women's Golf Team was announced, along with the student-athletes across the conference who earned selection to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.
For the Grizzlies, three women were recognized for their continued excellence in the classroom, earning Academic Honor Roll distinction: Senior Taylor Butler, Senior Keona Weirick, and Sophomore Nevaeh Schmitz. Their recognition highlights not only individual academic achievement, but also the program's ongoing commitment to developing well-rounded student-athletes who excel both competitively and academically.
Each of the three honorees met the RMAC academic criteria by completing at least one full year at Adams State University while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher. Their achievement reflects consistent discipline, time management, and dedication to balancing the demands of collegiate athletics with academic success. As members of the women's golf program, they continue to represent the Grizzlies with integrity, work ethic, and a strong commitment to excellence in all areas of student life.
