Parker Leads ASU In Sweep Over Hardrockers

Sophomore Alex Parker Hit .737 With 16 Kills. Grizzlies Now 12-9 On The Season

ALAMOSA, Colo. (October 21, 2014) -- The Adams State University Grizzlies volleyball team won their Tuesday night matchup against the visiting South Dakota School of Mines and Technology Hardrockers by a match score of 3-0. With the win, Adams State improves their overall record to 12-9 while the Hardrockers drop to 9-8.

The Grizzlies completely dominated the Hardrockers in every aspect of the game, flipping the script from their previous outing against Colorado Mesa University where they lost in three sets. Meanwhile Lindsey Stindt added to her successful junior campaign with 11 kills and 10 digs for her fifth double-double of the season. Freshman Katelyn Schwartz led the team with 34 assists.
