DENVER, Colo.—The Adams State University Grizzlies were able to win the first set of Friday's Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference match at Regis on Friday night but the Rangers rallied back and dominate the second and third sets before winning the match in four.
The Rangers won with set scores of 19-25, 25-12, 25-13 and 25-20.
After opening the game hitting at a .393 clip, the Grizzlies finished the game with a .128 as they only had one attack error in the first set but 21 spread out between the next three sets.
Adams State saw
Riley Rabedeaux and
Anna Huggins lead the attack for the Grizzlies as they both finished with nine kills.
Adams State will close out the regular portion of the season next Friday and Saturday when they host Fort Lewis on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Western Colorado on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.
