Hays, Kan. – Adams State women's basketball team rallied in a tough contest against Nebraska-Kearney, clinching a 65-58 victory in their matchup Saturday afternoon. With this win, Adams State improved their record to 3-2 on the season.

The game remained tightly contested throughout, with several lead changes and tied scores. Adams State's defense shone, forcing 24 turnovers and accumulating 17 steals, which translated to 21 points off turnovers. They also capitalized on fast breaks, scoring 18 points in transition.
