About Colorado Christian
Currently the Cougars have a 3-2 record, 0-1 in RMAC play. In their last matchup, CCU narrowly lost to the Colorado School of Mines in overtime by 64-63 score. Forward Claire Paxton posted a double-double on the night, scoring 16 points and 17 rebounds against the Orediggers.  So far throughout the season, much of the Cougar offense has channeled through the English native, as she leads the team with an average of 12.8 points score per game.  Look for the Cougar offense to rely heavily on getting points within the paint against the Grizzlies. So far throughout the season, CCU has oriented an offensive philosophy targeted at physicality towards the rim. They do not overly rely on converted three point baskets to win games, considering that they have only converted 20-80 (25%) so far throughout the season.
The Cougars are coached by Tim Hays and has been with the program since 2008. Colorado Christian University is located in Lakewood, Colo.

About Colorado School of Mines
As previously aforementioned, the Orediggers in their last game beat Colorado Christian in overtime by a 64-63 margin. After the win against the Cougars, Mines found themselves riding a three game winning streak and will look to extend their winning ways against the Grizzlies.  Guard Laura Tyree scored a game-high 19 points in the affair while guard Emily Bailey led the team with 10 assists. Look for senior forward Courtney Martin to set the offensive rhythm for the Orediggers as she lead the team so far this season with an average of 11.8 points scored per game.
Mines is currently coached by Brittney Simpson, who is in her fourth year at the head of the program.  Colorado School of Mines is located in Golden, Colo.
