Box Score ALAMOSA, Colo. (March 28,2015)—The Adams State University Grizzly women's lacrosse team took on the number fourteen ranked Regis University Rangers in conference play at home today, but were unable to overcome the pressure as they fell 19-1.
The first half saw the Rangers hold the Grizzlies scoreless as they netted thirteen unanswered goals to put the score at 13-0 going into halftime.
The second half started out with
Qiana Barfield figuring out a strategy that would allow her to net the Grizzlies' only goal of the game at 24:06 into the half.
The Grizzlies switched it up by putting
Aislinn Stace in net, for her first start as a goalie this season.
Danica Kristiansen took over for the second half.
Adams State will be on the field next at Colorado State University- Pueblo on April 3
rd, with the game slated to start at 7:00 pm.
