Alamosa, Colorado– The Adams State University men's basketball team (9-9, 7-5 RMAC) hopes to increase its stock in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference with a pair of conference road games this weekend. Friday's matchup against the RMAC's last place team, Chadron State (3-14, 1-10 RMAC) could be a confidence booster while Regis (12-4, 6-4 RMAC) may prove more challenging on Saturday.
Recently In Adams State Men's Basketball:
The Grizzlies split last weekend in South Dakota. The team defeated South Dakota Mines 80-70 but came up short 65-67 at Black Hills State in Spearfish.
About Chadron State:
The Eagles are struggling this season. They are currently last place in the RMAC and have not won a game in the last nine tries. The last win came on December 4
th against Colorado Christian 83-59 at home. Dru Kuxhausen, will be likely be the leader with 12.7 points per game.
Last Meeting:
Adams State split last year's meetings with both teams winning on their own home court. Chadron won 66-58 in Nebraska, while Adams won 80-65 in Alamosa.
About Regis:
The Rangers are very good, especially at home. They are currently 12-4 overall, but only 6-4 in the RMAC. The Grizzlies will step into Regis' home, in which they have an 8-1 record. Regis will rely on Dexter Sienko who is the best field goal percentage shooter and shot blocker in the conference.

Regis won last season's meeting by only one point in a 77-76 win as Adams dropped to 10-10 on the year.
