• The Grizzlies enter the weekend slate still in search of their first win of the season. They are 0-16 overall and 0-4 against RMAC opponents.
• The Grizzlies home series will feature a pair of doubleheader game son both days.
• Saturday's doubleheader action will begin at 12 p.m. with game two to follow at 2 p.m. Sunday's action will start at 11 a.m. and will pick up again at 1 p.m.

Last Time Out
• The Grizzlies are coming off a pod series at Dixie State against the host team in the Trailblazers and the Colorado Christian Cougars.
• Adams State finished 0-4 in the series. In game one against Dixie State, Adams State nearly pulled the upset against the No. 13 Trailblazers.
• Game two of day one saw the Grizzlies fall to the Cougars 9-3. Day two was a rough one for the Grizzlies as they fell to the Cougars, 10-2, and the Trailblazers, 9-1, both in six innings.

Shelby Haskins is the overall hitting leader with a .292 batting average. She is 7-24 on the year with a pair of home runs, four RBI, and has scored three runs.
• Haskins also has the top slugging percentage at .583 and is averaging a .514 ob base percentage to lead the team.

Sarah Rocha is the second overall leading hitter batting .222 on the year. She has eight hits in 36 at bats to go along with five runs scored and a pair of doubles.

Samantha McDonalds is just batting a .182 but is the top base stealer for the Grizzlies with four this season on five attempts. She has tallied six hits in 33 plate appearances and scored three runs.
• In RMAC play,
Kenzie Lange has been a spark on offense with a .400 batting average. She is 2-5 with one RBI and is slugging .400.
• Rocha has also provided some help with a conference batting average of .333 and a .417 slugging percentage. She is 4-12 in RMAC play with a run scored.

Jade Garbiso has started the most games for the Grizzlies with eight total and has appeared in 10. She is the team leader with a 14 strikeouts. In RMAC play, she is sporting a 4.42 ERA.

Brittany Phillips has the second most strikeouts on the year with 12. She second in starts and games appeared with six and 11, respectively. She has a 3.28 ERA in RMAC games this season.

Taylor Sandoval is third on the team in strikeouts with five on the year. She has appeared in two RMAC games this year and sports a 0.00 ERA.

• The Skyhawks will look to snap a six-game skid when they take on the Grizzlies this weekend.
• Last season, Adams State and Fort Lewis split their four-game series going 2-2 against each other.
• Both squads played in the ENMU Softball Classic back in early February but never played one another.
• Angelique Elemen leads the bats for the Skyhawks with a .423 batting average. She has started all 17 games this season.
• Elemen has a team-high 14 RBI to go along with 15 runs scored, eight home runs, and six doubles. She is 22-52 on the year.
• McKenna Hefley is the second leading hitter with a .327 batting average in 15 games. She has 16 hits in 49 at bats. She has seven RBI, 10 runs scored, three doubles, and pair of home runs.
• Taylor Hollestelle is second on the team in RBI with 11 on the year and is batting .263. She is also second on the team in home runs with four.
• Also batting over .200 for the Skyhawks are Pilar Gutierrez (.293), Kylie Hefley (.275), and Allison Young (.259). The trio has a combined 18 RBI. Kyle Hefley has eight, Young has seven, and Gutierrez has three.
• Inside the circle, Emily Morris leads the way for the starting group with a 4.34 ERA in five starts this season. She has fanned 24 batters this season to lead the team.
• Mandy Lorenson has the team's top ERA with a 1.35 in two games played, both of which that have been starts. She has 11 strikeouts and is holding batters yo .094 batting average.
• Kelly Decker also has five starts on the year for Fort Lewis. In 10 games played she has 17 strikeouts and sports a 6.63 ERA. Decker has pitched the most innings with 31.2 under her belt.
• Kassidy Trumbo is tied for second in strikeouts with decker with 17 as well this season. She has played in eight games and started in four. She sports a 7.50 ERA entering the weekend.
