Leading Off
• The Grizzlies (7-30, 7-18 RMAC) are coming off a series on the road, where Adams State took one from the CSU-Pueblo Thunderwolves.
• Adams State will spend eight of their twelve games on the road.
• After the four in Las Vegas, New Mexico, they will head home to Alamosa, for their final home series and then will close the regular season in Colorado Springs.
• The Grizzlies are entering the weekend on a big win against the Thunderwolves.

Last Time Out
• The Grizzlies battled CSU-Pueblo on the road in a four-game set.
• On day one, Adams State dropped their first two games 3-6, and 3-4.
• The Grizzlies suffered a tough loss on the first game of day two, 5-13. Adams State bounced back in their final game of the series, coming out on top 7-2.
Grizzlies on the Bats
• A pair of Adams State players are batting over .300 in
Brittany Phillips and
Shelby Haskins.
• Phillips has the top mark for the Grizzlies with a .342 batting average. She is 27-79 with 14 RBI, three homers, and 13 runs scored.
• Haskins is coming off a big weekend, going 3-3 in their last two games with three RBIs. She is second with a .328 batting average. She has 22 hits on the year with 13 RBI and three home runs.

• Lange is the team leader in home runs this season with four. Phillips and Haskins are tied for second with three apiece.
• Munn has the most doubles for Adams State with eight. Haskins, Phillips and Rocha are tied for second with six, respectively. Micciulli has the most triples with two.

Brittany Phillips,
Jade Garbiso and
Taylor Sandoval all continue to work hard, as the three main pitchers for the Grizzlies.
• Garbiso leads the unit with the most strikeouts and innings pitched. In 84.1 innings of work she has struck out 36 batters. Garbiso also has the best ERA of 7.22.
• Phillips is second in both innings pitched and strikeouts. She has seated 25 batters in 75 innings and has an ERA of 7.65.
• Sandoval leads the way in game appearances with 23 for the Grizzlies. She's struck out 14 batters in her 55.2 innings pitched.

• The Grizzlies started the 2019 campaign with their first 17 games away from Alamosa.

• Both Camrynn Ziegler and Desiree Bogarin are batting .333, and combined have 11 runs.
• Ashley Forshee is a big influence offensively for the Cowgirls, batting .286 and leading the team in homeruns (5) and RBI (13).
• Ziegler has the most stolen bases entering the weekend with seven on eight attempts.
• Belinda Gonzalez is the ace in the circle for the Cowgirls, with a team high of 81.2 innings pitched holding a 5.84 ERA. Gonzalez is 6-7 with 44 strikeouts.
